ANA WINGS APPLICATION
It is essential that you follow the instructions very carefully. Errors or omissions will cause significant delays in processing your application or may lead to disqualification. The Japanese are very detailed oriented and they will scrutinize every detail throughout your application form and supporting documents. The HR staff and Check Airmen attending the screening review all of your documents. This is the initial determining factor of whether you will be invited to their screening. Please do not rush and assure you have accurately completed all details on the application form. Remember you are applying for a flying job in Japan and not in the West so their standards and expectations are much higher than of the West.
This is known to be one of the toughest screening and training in the East (if not the world!). Good Luck.
STEP 1: CREATE LogTen Pro Logbook
If your current logbook was not maintained, contains errors, or missing categories of flight time (such as cross country time, night time, instrument time (IMC), PIC, SIC, and Total Time), or does not match the totals on claimed on your application form, it will not be accepted. We encourage you to create an electronic logbook to simplify the application process.
CREW has partnered with Coradine Aviation and we will be providing you with a one-year subscription to an electronic JCAB Logbook with LogTen Pro. This electronic logbook is accepted by the JCAB for use throughout your career in Japan. It is very easy to bring totals forward from other logbooks and the software is able to import flight times directly from your airline's electronic scheduling system. Please submit leg entry details for at least the past 3-6 months of flying. Please contact Coradine Support if you have any questions about their logbook.
After registering below, you will receive an access code via e-mail within 24-48 hours after submission. You must have an Apple device to use this software. If you do not have an Apple device, you may either rent one or you may use a different electronic such as LogBook PRO for Windows.
