CREW Resources Worldwide is now accepting applications for Rated and Non-rated First Officers for Air Japan (AJX) on the B-787. AJX commands a fleet of B-787s as an all-passenger operation, with routes throughout East and Southeast Asia. Air Japan’s foreign pilots commute to and from the AJX base in Tokyo, Japan.  Commuting pilots are supported through supplemental pay, company-arranged business-class travel on ANA flights (or economy tickets on other airlines), plus two travel days per commuting trip in addition to a pilot’s scheduled days off.   

OUTLOOK:

Air Japan (AJX), like other Asian carriers, is recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns and the future looks positive.  AJX has been recruiting foreign contract pilots since 2002, and our company is one of the only contractors in Asia that operates an extremely successful upgrade program, where First Officers have the opportunity to be evaluated for, and upgraded to Captains.
